Author, journalist and blogger, Deana Luchia‘s new book, Happy as Harry, is published by Headline, in November 2017. A wise and humorous guide to human happiness, written by a dog, Happy as Harry offers advice on love, parenting, change and loss.
She is also the author of God & Dallas, a story about mothers, daughters and the afterlife.
Deana has a Masters in Professional Writing and lives in London with her children and two rescue dogs – Harry and Dottie – who not only listen avidly to read-throughs of drafts, but also ensure she features a canine character in each piece of work.
Plans for 2017 include finishing the two new novels she’s been working on: a book about aliens and a YA novel about an embarrassing Dad; and writing more articles and blogs on subjects that move and intrigue her.
Having worked in a number of different countries, Deana is now based in London. She dreams of living by the sea with dozens of rescue dogs and a small herd of pygmy goats.
